Great episode, cant wait for the next one this Thursday on TLC. Myron Mixon proved he’s not all talk and took home the Grand Champion award in Murphysboro, Illinois.

Great new four part series about competition BBQ has begun to air on TLC.
My review: Excellent -- The show follows six accomplished cooks as they compete for awards and prizes at various BBQ cook-off competitions. Not only was the show informative, but very entertaining. It wasn’t to watered down with reality show fluff like most modern realty based shows. Well done TLC, cant wait for the next episode to air this Thursday.
Rib-O-Lator, nice little modification to a BBQ rotisserie. I sure would love to add one of these to my UDS!
Growing up I worked at a popular fried chicken joint, that had a huge rotisserie for whole chickens. For some reason everything that is cooked on the rotisserie seems to taste better, must be the automated basting of the meat.
I’m starting to get into welding, planing on making a new insulated smoker like a Spicewine. A rotisserie would be a great addition to the project, although I would probably have to have a fab shop weld up the stainless.

Um…donuts, jelly, can cheese and beef.
“Four ounce grade-a all beef patty…cooked to your exact specifications…topped with one ounce of the finest can cheese…and served lovingly cradled in the heart of a jelly donut.”
Sold at the Yarmouth-Dennis Cape League baseball games here on the Cap [Cod].
The third location of Dinosaur BBQ was built in abandoned meat factory in Harlem, NY. If anyone has ate their let us know your opinion in the comments.
