
A perfect compliment to pulled pork, this spicy vinegar based sauce will surly knock your socks off. Not to vinegary, very spicy and sweet.
What You’ll Need:
1 1/4 cup Apple Cider Vinegar
1/2 cup Yellow Mustard
1 teaspoon Onion Powder
1 tablespoon Finely Chopped Garlic
1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
3/4 cup Brown Sugar
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1/2 teaspoon Tabasco Sauce
Instructions:
- In a small bowl, combine all the ingredients in a small sauce pan.
- Gently simmer over low heat for 10 minutes.
- Strain if you desire.
- Makes one 24 oz. bottle.
